 | Sr. Financial Analyst

General Description: To support Global Planning and Reporting by preparing financial reports, consolidating operating results, coordinating SOX 404 Efforts, coordinating Share-based payment accounting, performing accounting research, performing ad hoc analysis of operating results and other data, documenting and testing internal controls, consolidating and preparing annual operating and strategic plans, and other duties as assigned.
Assist in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, on a US GAAP and IAS basis. May include preparation of EDGAREase SEC filings.
Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting with CPA, Experience in public accounting preferred.
Salary: 78,500-100,000 plus annual bonus and stock options.
